Place your palms on the floor in line with your shoulders. Lift your legs off the floor and place them on a stability ball. Keep your elbows and knees straight. Raise your hips to make a mountain with your body. Lower your hips and bring them as close to the floor as possible without touching it. Repeat in a seamless motion.
